Majority & Minority Dilemma

Since every attempt there is a passing percentage(in both CA inter & CA final) of 20%   students which essentially means 80% are failing every attempt
So you normally understand that minority are usually the people who are lesser in number and are obviously ignored ones.
But for us CA Aspirants, it becomes the opposite circle /definition  I.e. the ones on the 80% side are mostly the ignored ones by most of those who should be supporting them
Due to which this majority(80%) turned into minority(i.e ignored ones) sees no way and hope of getting out of this percentage (80% failure) so that eventually they can progress into the 20% strata(successful ones).

WE KNOW you have given your BEST even more than 100% BUT there are certain FLAWS that you can't analzse on your own SO HERE WE COME INTO BEING

Major traits of the 80%

Have the perception that covering of syllabus is enough
Lack of clear vision, planning and time management.
False sense of EVALUATION about their abilities (Resistance towards MOCK tests & NO SELF ASSESSMENT)

Waste a greater part of day in either OVERTHINKING or OVER ANALYSING

FEAR COMPARISON & have no acceptance to better ways of learning.

Living in DISBELIEF, DEPRESSION & DESPONDANCY

Wrong Preparation techniques and METHODOLOGIES.

The presence of these traits in the 80% ends up being the few reasons among many, for their failure.

Now what we need to realize is, that the 20% are not so different, but they inculcated traits of Discipline, Passion, Resilience, Dedication, Enthusiasm & Grit in them, that the 80% failed to do.
